  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 tbsp baking soda
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 cup soy milk
  • Add the baking powder, flour, sugar and salt in a large bowl and mix well.
  • Now pour soy milk and oil and beat all the ingredients until you get a smooth batter.

  • Rolled Oats, 1½ cup
  • Milk, 2 cups
  • Whole Wheat Flour, ½ cup
  • All Purpose Flour, ½ cup
  • Baking Powder, 1 tablespoon
  • Brown Sugar, 1 tablespoon
  • Salt, 1 teaspoon
  • Cinnamon Powder, ½ teaspoon
  • Vanilla Extract, 1½ teaspoon
  • Eggs (beaten), 2

Cornmeal Pancakes Buttermilk Recipe
  • 2 cups stoneground yellow cornmeal
  • ½ cup rice flour
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 tablespoons baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1½ cup buttermilk
  • ½ cup water
  • vegetable oil
  • 1 large egg
Initially, add grounded cornmeal, rice flour, sugar, baking powder and baking soda in a bowl and mix well. Next, in another bowl, add salt, buttermilk, egg and oil and blend it until the mixture is even. Now, combine the 2 mixtures and mix them thoroughly so that you get smooth consistency batter. Now, place a cooking pan of low flame. Put ¼ cup of batter onto it and spread evenly. Add 1 tablespoon oil from the sides and cook it for about 5 minutes from both the sides.   • 12 ounces buckwheat flour, sifted

Take the dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl and whisk them together with a wooden spoon. In another bowl, mix molasses, and buttermilk, and blend well with the help of an electric blender. When they are fully combined, add these ingredients to the bowl containing dry ingredients, and continue stirring till all the lumps have vanished (you can use your hand to mix the lumps into the batter). On a medium flame, heat a frying pan after greasing it lightly. Pour ¼ measure of batter into the pan and spread it out.
